油墨出口欧洲MSDS认证怎么做

MSDS的英文全称为Material Safety Data Sheet——直译为“材料安全数据表”，由于化学品运输基本都需要提供MSDS报告，因此也叫做化学品安全技术说明书或化学品安全说明书或化学品安全数据说明书。叫法不同，实质一样。国外尤其是一些欧洲国家习惯叫做SDS（Safety Data Sheet）——安全技术说明书。把Material去掉，感觉范围更大，因为事实上不仅仅是材料Material才需要，含有某些材料Material特别是含有化学材料的其他产品也需要提供MSDS，所以叫做SDS似乎更准确。也有人说MSDS是以前很普遍的叫法，现在基本都改称为SDS了。无论SDS还是MSDS，所指的都是同一个文件。
